OMG....I can't even let my kids cuddle me. They are sooooo sore. Now, immediately you might think pg, but unless I ovulated REALLY eary, it's impossible. One thing that might be affecting it is that I've stopped drinking soy milk because it was affecting my hormones too much. I wonder if my body is out of whack trying to make up for the cessation of phyton oestrogens.
I am always prone to painful breasts from ovulation on, but this has to have started before ovulation!
Anyone?:(

This happens to me every now and then the first time was so bad I could barely even wear clothes, the only thing that really helped was not wearing a bra at all for about a week, being careful about how I moved (so as not to hit them etc) and some very very very gentle massage under a hot shower. I had this last month, drove me crazy! I have no idea why.
I would say that going off soy milk could have had an effect too.

Could it be all the stress you have been under lately?
May be it is your body just adjusting, hope it passes soon for you Chelle.

I had this problem a few weeks ago too. Couldn't stand to be touched couldn't stand to be cuddled all i wanted to is groan in pittty
How old are you Chelle? For my mum, this was one of the key symptoms of her perimenopause which began at 40 for her. Just putting it out there.
But I agree that taking soy out of your diet could have this effect.

Almost 35 Mad. Don't think it's perimenopause. No early menopause anywhere in my family. I reckon it's the soy. I'll see over next couple of months.
