go go go!! I think there's a goodlife near you (in new farm) and they have a good childcare space- it's huge!! As well as a lovely childcare lady who used to work at the local one near me.. I sometimes go to new farm on Sat mornings..

you'll love it- it's my sanity space!

This is gonna sound waaayyyyy bad!
But I always think of it when I'm making myself go walking etc.

Have you seen Men in Black.. you know with Will Smith.
The scene near the begining when the scary farmer dude is going out to see what crashed into their paddock, he turns around to his wife who is standing holding the screen door open... and says..
"Get your fat ass back into the house".

Weirdly keeps me motivated to keep going and not have anyone tell me I have a fat ass!

Oh, go. I'd so love to go to the gym but my nearest one is like 40km away (one way) and I have no childcare...

Yoga, though, I can go once a week for 2 out of every 3 weeks. So I'm going again starting next Tue.

Go on, get your perve on girl!!!

And your leotard. You know, the high cut g-string variety?! Bring sexy back ;)

sarah bean
15-10-2009, 07:41 PM
oh shit. i still haven't been to the gym.

totally been wearing my gstring leotard all around the house though, that count?

melchpeppi
15-10-2009, 08:34 PM
Yep and so long as you manage to wear it to the shops once a week then not going to the gym will be fine. Mainly because the hit of adrenaline that you will get from wearing said leotard in public is the equivalent to one gym sesh. Oh yes it is.
