Hey Bel, are you still a member of Simple Savings (http://www.simplesavings.com.au)?
I signed up about 18months ago and used it a bit but have let my membership lapse. I wonder if i should renew it... do you still find you get much out of it?

Michelle I was wondering about if it was worth it too. I'd love to join, but don't want to 'throw' the money away if it isn't suited to me. Decisions decisions...

I find it helps to keep me motivated when my own is lagging... I just lurk on the forums too... but yes, I do find it very positive. :)

I've been a member for over 5 years now.. :gasp

i should go back and have a look at all the non-linked up list of info to see what is there at the moment that i would reference or make use off... i think recipes would be great at the moment... hhhmmmm.....

I've been a member for a few years now, maybe 4 or so? I sometimes use it heaps, then not much, then heaps again - depends what headspace I'm in or what goals I want to meet... It has easily saved me the joining cost ($47) and renewal cost ($17 pa) over that time. It's a great tool for just going through everything and saving a bit here and there, making do, recipes, identifying needs vs wants, gift ideas, and just general keeping the frugal mindset - not 'cheap' as such, but saving money day to day so you have extra for big things...

LOL, stardust. That's what happened to me. I was all inspired for a month or so and then never had time to keep going with it.... which i worry will be the same now even though i could really use the inspiration and ideas.

It's a good time of year to do it I guess - lots of Xmas ideas and such... :)

I haven't been dropping in there much, as you can see by my post count here I've been a little distracted. :p
