Annnd I've arrived back in Melb now. Pretty much settled in and feeling ready to try and meet some people but struggling with where to go and what to do! I tried to get into a Steiner playgroup near(ish) to me but unfortunately there's no room for us :(

Does anyone know of any alternative type groups in Melb's outer East/Dandenongs? I'll also be a regular visitor to the Peninsula too thanks to Eaststink ;)

Do any VIC IP members do anything regular?

There's not many of us here in VIC, I'm waaaaaaaaay over the otherside in the western burbs but I'm pretty sure Stardust is up your way, she may be able to help you out :)

I am in the dandenongs, yep. When I lived here 5 years ago there were two fantastic NP playgroups, but since I've moved back up here have discovered they are no longer :( I'm not sure why. I would love to get Rose into one, she loves other kids but I'm just not game to take her to a mainstream one.
And Kyls is right, us Melbourne IPers are thin on the ground!
