rye bread recipe

just wondering if anyone has a rye bread recipe. I'm attempting to eat more solid/heavy bread.. and at $5.50 a loaf I think I'm going to be better off making it!

Any hints are welcome!

I can't find mine now, but I do remember the key was much longer rise time than ordinary bread. Will come back if I can find the recipes I used to have...
