sig not working?

i tried to get my COAT sig working and it said i could only have 2 lines, so i cut out the kids' information, but it still said the same thing. so i took out COAT and put the kids back in and same message :(

It takes a lil' bit of fiddle-faddle but I got mine working finally... Oh and a whole heap of help from SM.

Step 1-8 etc lol.

I did find that the signature pic came up in preview, I saved it, it "disappeared", but then turned up next post :huh.

I got a pic to work in mine. There's no text with it - it's a pic of text... Sorry, I have no practical advice to share. Tech stuff isn't my forte!

Yeah Kyls I tried to change the original one I had put in when I first registered, but it said I could only have 1 emoticon and 2 lines. But my original one stayed, so I'm putting up with it for now.

oh yay, i dont completely suck! i was coming in here to say that i can't make my sig happen, but turns out it's not me its teh fiddle faddle thing, lol.

so i'll just sit quietly and be patient ;)

how do you get photos in your sig?

there's no photo icon thingie so if there never was then the only other way i can think i would have done it was linking to flickr, but when i put flickr text in it says

Your signature contains too many lines and must be shortened. You may only have up to 4 line(s). Long text may have been implicitly wrapped, causing it to be counted as multiple lines.

oops! Just went and checked the settings..and i had no to uploading images for sig advertisers.....hmmm, now that makes sense doesnt it?! LOL!
