Still here, and quite amazed at how painless (or at least, more bearably painful) AF has gotten since I cut out alcohol and margarine. I used to live on the highest amount of pills I could take for the whole first 24 hours, plus heatpacks, and STILL be in horrible pain. Now I just take 2 pills right at the beginning, and a heatpack makes the rest of it pretty darn all right.

I'm in here as of 15mins ago. I knew my moon blood was on it's way, I woke up with cramps this morning and that heavy feeling. Sure enough she arrived as I was sitting here on the computer.

It's a good thing I picked up tim tams to bring into the red tent with me and share

I was out two days ago, but wasn't quite sure til today that it was really over. So that makes a 5 day stay in the tent for me.

Sorry, ate all the Turkish Delight. But there's plenty of chocolate in here.
