    Making myself accountable

    today i did 35 mins it was a practice run to school with willow and the dog...

    Hmmm, clasping at straws here, 10 to 15 mins shoveling manure and raking hay so far today. Didn't we used to have a thread years ago at NP where we added it all up, or had a goal or something? It was fun.

    yeah we did you just kept score of your own exercise.. I did another 20 mins of walking up the street i lost adam and willow

    so today's total

    Went for a 25 minute walk after dinner! But ate way too much chocolate so probably lost all benefit. Great thread idea though!

    yeah i found them.... well more they found me i was in a camera shop i gave up looking for them the town is not that big i figured they wouldn't be lost for long

    My fingers have been hard at work, typing and scrolling down

    IRL...I'm really unfit so starting small, exercise 3 days a week to start. Today I cycled (with Caelan in the child trailer) to a park and then to the shops for a few groceries. Will take a bit of work till I'm used to riding again. Had to get off and walk up hills more than I'm used to (which means heaps!)
